Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and ("QORE", "we", "us"). By using QORE you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use QORE.

1. Who can use QORE

You must be at least 18 years old. QORE is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has used QORE, contact us and we will delete their data.

2. What QORE is, and what it isn't

• QORE lets one person create a quiz of 10 questions about themselves and invite their partner to answer it. QORE then compares the answers.
• QORE is for entertainment and conversation. It is not psychological, medical, therapeutic, legal or relationship advice, and it is not a clinical or scientific assessment.
• A QORE score shows how closely the answers in one quiz matched. It does not measure the health, quality or future of a relationship, or whether someone loves you.
• Answer matching is automated and can be wrong, for example when the same idea is written in very different words.
• The QORE scale and the "average couple" shown on it are set by the QORE scoring model. They are not a statistical comparison with other users.
• If you are worried about your safety or wellbeing, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.

3. Links and access

QORE works without accounts. Your quiz has two links: an invitation link for your partner and a private link for you. Anyone who has a link can open what that link shows, so keep your private link to yourself and share the invitation link only with your partner.

4. Your content

• You keep ownership of the questions and answers you write ("your content").
• You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your content only to run QORE for you and your partner, including comparing answers and creating reports.
• You are responsible for your content. Do not include anything illegal, threatening, harassing or hateful, anyone else's private information, or details about health, sexual activity or other highly sensitive matters.
• Only invite someone you are in a relationship with and who is happy to take part. Do not use QORE to pressure, monitor or harm anyone.
• We may remove content or block access that breaks these terms.

5. Prices and payment

• Creating and answering a quiz is free. A personal report is a one-time purchase. Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. Taxes may apply depending on where you live.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller , which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. It processes the payment, issues your receipt and handles billing questions and refunds. We never see or store your card details.
• Each report unlocks for the person it was bought for. Buying both reports unlocks each partner's own report. It never shows one partner's report to the other.
• There is no subscription and nothing renews.

6. Right to cancel and refunds

Your report is digital content delivered immediately after payment. If you live in the EU, the UK or another place with a cooling-off period, you will be asked to agree that your report is delivered right away and to acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once it is unlocked. Our Refund Policy explains when we refund anyway. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

7. QORE's content

The QORE name, logo, design, question bank and report texts belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use QORE. You may share images that QORE creates for you, such as your QORE Story image, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep QORE running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, pause or stop features. If we stop QORE entirely, we will try to give notice and let you see reports you paid for.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, QORE is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on QORE results, including decisions about your relationship. Our total liability to you for any claim related to QORE is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if greater. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using QORE and that causes a claim against us, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above, and if the change is significant we will show a notice in QORE. The terms in force when you buy a report apply to that purchase.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of , and disputes go to the competent courts of . If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring a claim where you live. Before any formal dispute, please contact us so we can try to fix it.

What we collect

We do not ask for your email, phone number or surname to use QORE. Card details are handled only by our payment provider.

Sensitive information

Answers about a relationship can be personal, and names can sometimes reveal things like sexual orientation. We ask you not to include health or sexual details. By agreeing when you start, you give explicit consent for us to process your answers only to run your quiz. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your quiz.

Your partner

The person who creates a quiz enters their partner's first name. Before the partner answers, they see this policy and agree to it. The partner's answers are used only for that quiz.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't "share" it for cross-context advertising.
• We don't use advertising cookies or trackers. QORE stores only what it needs on your device to remember your progress.
• We don't use your answers to train AI models, and we don't let our providers do so.

Who processes data for us

We use a small number of providers under contracts that protect your data: hosting (), payments () and, where used, an AI service that compares answers (). Some providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

• Quiz data (names, questions, answers): deleted after both answers are in, or sooner if you ask.
• Purchase records: kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Technical logs: kept for up to 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. To use these rights, see Contact & delete. We reply within 30 days. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or the authority in your EU country.

California residents: we do not sell or share personal information, and you have the right to know, delete and correct your data without being treated differently for asking.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and random, hard-to-guess links. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we will update the date above and show a notice in QORE.

Refund Policy

Reports are digital content that unlock immediately, so we don't offer refunds for a change of mind once a report is unlocked. We will refund you if:

• you were charged more than once for the same report,
• you paid but your report did not unlock and we could not fix it within 3 days, or
• you did not authorise the payment.

Write to within 14 days of the payment with the date and the amount. Refunds go back to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to use QORE. We aim to meet the Israeli Standard IS 5568 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.

What we have done

• All pages work with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
• Text and buttons meet colour-contrast guidelines on the dark background.
• Buttons, forms and progress have labels for screen readers, and charts have a text description.
• Text can be enlarged with the browser's zoom without losing content.
• Animations are turned off for anyone who has chosen "reduce motion" on their device.
• Layouts work on phones, tablets and computers.

Known limitations

The QORE Story image is a picture. Its key information (names, score and level) is also shown as text on the same page.
